A location
ICT & Logistics 2011, certain portions of the floor plan designated as A-site, because here the additional high exposure to visitors. For an overview please refer to the floor plan. When you choose an A-site position, we will charge you a surcharge of     € 15.00 per m².

Volume Discount
If your stand more than 50 m² of surface area will receive a volume discount. A discount of € 7.50 per m² for all additional m² over 50.

Basic Package
The basic package includes a number of services and promotional resources that contribute to a good preparation and organization of your participation. This package has a fixed fee per procedure.

The basic package includes unlimited use of (digital) contact cards (while supplies last) entry in the (digital) catalog, participation kickoff / exhibition training, publicity and media campaign, placement of press releases in the digital media unit, market research / visitor research, personal visitor database, lead calculator, visitor registration module, communication and administration visitors insurance.
Fixed costs per exhibitor badge reader € 760.00 incl.
Fixed costs per exhibitor badge reader € 495.00 excl.

Joint exhibit
Do you have a partner as indirect participants to your booth to stand there? For companies that together create a decline the following conditions apply: € 995, - per co-exhibitor administatie, guidance and publicity costs. Up to a co-exhibitor booth space per 20 sqm.
