It’s great that you are present at ICT&Logistiek as an exhibitor. You will receive an email from your account manager at Jaarbeurs with unique login details for MyJaarbeurs.

What is MyJaarbeurs?
MyJaarbeurs ensures that you can prepare your trade fair participation quickly and efficiently. In MyJaarbeurs you will find everything you need to prepare for your trade fair, in the form of a checklist. Here you will find, among other things, setup and dismantling information, the event platform and the webshop. Please take the time to go through all the steps, so you can be sure that you do not miss anything and together we will ensure a successful exhibition participation.

Tip 1: Put important deadlines in your calendar. Check the deadline for orders in the webshop carefully; if this expires, a ‘late order fee’ of 25% will be charged on top of the price. Shame, right?

Tip 2: Share setup and dismantling information with colleagues/suppliers/stand builder: route & accessibility, setup and dismantling processes, times and admission tickets.

Tip 3: Don’t forget to print your assembly and disassembly pass and order parking tickets.

Tip 4: Provide your extra promotional items so that this is shared with visitors on time.

Get in touch with visitors via the event platform

The event platform is the perfect opportunity to stay in touch with visitors. Before, during and after ICT&Logistics 2023. Visitors are looking for products and suppliers here, so present yourself as best as possible.

Use your unique invitation link

As an exhibitor, you have a unique invitation link to promote your participation and invite relations. This can be found in the ROI dashboard in the MyJaarbeurs portal.

Contacts appreciate invitations from exhibitors. A personal invitation increases the chance of a visit to your stand. In the ROI dashboard you can see which visitor has registered through you, which makes contact before, during and after the fair easier.

The ROI dashboard can be found in MyJaarbeurs under ‘event platform, your ROI dashboard & invitation link for visitors’. Click on ‘view your ROI & invitation link for visitors’ and then on ‘go to the dashboard here’.

Win the 2023 Marketing Award(s)!

Did you know that we will be presenting four Marketing Awards at the coming edition? There will be two awards for the exhibitor with the highest number of registrations and two for the exhibitor with the highest number of registrations per m2 of stand space.
