During ICT & Logistiek, the Supply Chain Square will be the place to be for supply chain management, a field that is in full development. And that’s not surprising, because a good integration of supply chain management has many advantages: accurate stock levels, faster deliveries, reliable lead times, flexibility and sustainability, a higher ROI and higher customer satisfaction. Are you involved in the supply chain of your organisation as a manager or director? The initiators of the Supply Chain Square, BLMC Supply Chain Optimization, Solventure S&OP Planning Software and Supply Chain Media, are offering you a tailor-made programme with attention to all the different aspects of this sector.
Supply Chain Theatre
The Supply Chain Theatre will offer an interesting three-day programme full of workshops on topics such as strategy, processes, visibility, the ROI of supply chain improvements and sales & operations planning. The sessions, which can be attended at no cost, are given by renowned speakers such as Prof. Dr. Jack AA van der Veen (Evofenedex chair Supply Chain Management, Nyenrode Business University), Prof. Dr. Bram Desmet (CEO of Solventure Belgium and professor at Vlerick Business School), Michel van Buren MBA (director of BLMC Supply Chain Optimization and Solventure Netherlands) and specialist senior supply chain professionals. With sessions for novice and experienced supply chain managers and master classes for invitees at boardroom level, there is always a suitable subject for you. On November 5 the emphasis will be on sales & operations planning, on November 6 the results of the National Supply Chain Monitor 2019 will be announced and on November 7 the focus will be on sustainability.
The workshops in the Supply Chain Theatre are geared towards managers, MT and board members of medium to large companies with a strong focus on the supply chain. The topics and business cases covered are particularly relevant for companies in manufacturing, FMCG, high tech, health, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, retail, wholesale, e-commerce and horticulture. If you are a director or (senior) manager in supply chain, logistics, production, finance, IT or operations, make sure you register on time! In 2018, the Supply Chain Theatre was fully booked and unfortunately we had to disappoint people.

Of course you are welcome to visit the stands on the Supply Chain Square on November 5, 6 and 7. BLMC Supply Chain Optimization has specialists at the their stand to exchange ideas with you about all aspects of supply chain management. And if you need some help in that respect, they will be happy to tell you more about their approach, from analysis, design to implementation. Solventure’s S&OP experts will show you how to make reliable forecasts to improve your results and give demos of the S&OP software to support you throughout the day. At the Supply Chain Media stand, you will find journalists and trend watchers who know everything about the latest developments in the field of supply chain management. They are happy to share their ground-breaking ambition, inspiration and ideas with you.
The Supply Chain Square is designed to inspire, meet up and share knowledge. Would you like advice on a problem from your own supply chain practice? At the event, you can sign up for an individual consultation with one of the speakers or supply chain experts. A personal conversation, in a pleasant, separate room, will give you quick answers to your questions and effective tips and tricks for your own organisation.
